Is it me?

I hate my car.  I hated it from the day that I bought it.  I put no thought into style, make, model, color.  I just pointed to the first brand new Nissan Altima that I saw when entering the dealership and basically said, "this will work".  I was right that it will get me to and from where I need to go but the fact is, I hate my car.

I also hate it because I went from driving a very nice Range Rover to a Nissan.  It sucked/sucks.  Granted the RR was very expensive to maintain and no matter the issue, it had to be repaired by a Land Rover mechanic rather than Bubba Jack up the street.  I loved that vehicle but it crapped out on me in the middle of Nowhere,TX while driving to Scottsdale, AZ to start my new life.  So, I got this damn Altima.  I hate it.

I was a little shocked today when I spoke to a representative at a dealership to see what my vehicle would be worth.  Obviously, I need to take it to the dealership so they can then evaluate it and break the news to me that mine is worth nothing.  We shall see, I am swinging by tomorrow to get "checked out".

When he asked if I was interested in a 2012 Altima, I laughed so hard that I almost peed my pants.  NO WAY!  What do I want?  A 2012 Jeep Wrangler (with a hardtop) in black or red.  I have always wanted a Jeep.  I want a brand spanking new one.  I don't want it to ever been on a test drive.  I want a GPS, satellite radio, seat belts, doors, all of those other amenities.

What do you think?  Is it me?  HELLZ YEAH!
Operation:  Nissan Dump is in progress.

Stay tuned or keep your eyes on the road!

I just got a new car, and my requirements were stick shift, 4 wheels and 4 doors. HA! Kind of like your seat belt comment. Nice...I love the Jeep. I rode in one once, and it was a bumpy, convertible Wrangler and I.LOVED.IT. Of course, I didn't get it. I got a Prius, and although it doesn't have a stick shift, it made it to San Antone and back, and it's pretty sweet. :)

I look forward to the update. Get what YOU want this time. Yay!!

Peachy, I think that I am now looking at the 4 door. I will update soon.

Do you still have the motorcycle?

Yes, I still have it. I'm going to SC this summer for a convention and next year I'll be riding out to Oregon. I can't wait! I couldn't ride to San Antonio because I needed to get there fast. It's better to be sleepy while driving a car, than riding a motorcycle. :)
